Since 2013, the Science and Wellness Organisation (SWO) has championed a women-centric program entitled Women of the World. This initiative seeks to educate, empower, and inspire women through holistic health education, mental resilience workshops, and critical health screenings, fostering a generation of informed, compassionate, and confident women.
SWO believes that empowering women with knowledge is essential for the advancement of families, communities, and nations. We focus not just on physical wellbeing, but on mental clarity, emotional intelligence, and self-compassion, all key pillars in the journey toward sustainable success.
Objectives:
To enhance women's understanding of personal hygiene, nutrition, and holistic health
To increase awareness and early detection of women-related diseases such as cervical, breast, and ovarian cancers
To strengthen mental resilience by improving AQ (Adversity Quotient),
EQ (Emotional Intelligence),
and IQ
To create a safe space for learning, healing, and gender-inclusive support
