Clean water is a basic human right and a non-negotiable foundation for good health, learning, and development. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Science and Wellness Organization (SWO) launched the Clean Water Initiative to tackle water quality challenges in Malaysia's rural schools and marginalized communities.
After conducting independent water sample tests, SWO discovered alarming contamination levels in school water supplies, posing health risks to both children and teachers. This revelation spurred a mission to raise awareness, act swiftly, and provide sustainable clean water solutions.
Objectives:
To provide clean and safe drinking water access to rural schools and underserved communities.
To identify and resolve hidden health hazards through scientific testing and swift intervention.
To raise awareness about water hygiene and its role in long-term wellness and development.
