The human body has always fascinated mankind since as early as 300B.C. Early studies of anatomy flourished in Alexandria and one of the brightest spots in the early history of anatomy was the work of Greek Physician named Galen ( 120-300 A.D). Until today, there are many studies still being conducted to understand more about the human body and how it reacts to its environment. 

In this modern era, the modern life that we live in has created mismatches between our abilities and adaptations, as well as the stresses we place on our body by often living thousands of miles from pour family's origin, sitting down all day long rather than actively gaining livelihood by physical work, and snatching at quick, high-energy foods. The question is: 

If human evolution is ongoing, and that we humans are so advance in everything and everything is just on our finger tips, why do we still encounter chronic diseases – Cancer, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, et cetera. Why people are getting more and more unknown diseases and illnesses despite living the world of advancement?
